SAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUDDDDDDDDDDDIIIIIIIIIII coffee
Wow the first 2 answers were really helpful LOL. Anyway here is how I make it. Boil 6 cups of water. Add 4 spoons of the ground coffee, simmer over low heat. Remover from the stove and let the coffee grounds settle. Strain the coffee into another pot and add 4 spoons of cardamom(you can change the amount if you like more or less). Then boil it and its ready to serve. You can also add saffron if you like it. I don’t use it because I don’t like it too much. Since you are going to use a small flask maybe you should cut hte recipe in half. Good luck with your coffee
1st go and buy something called arabic coffee ( Bon ) grade 2 then go and buy cardamom and zafron then take 4 tablespoon coffee and put them on the fire like half an hour then take ( Dallah ) then put inside of it 2 tablespoons cardamom and 1 little spoons of zafron and when the coffee finished and already boiled spill it in the ( dallah ) :]
gd luck sis

No such thing as Saudi coffee. Saudi dousnt produce coffee, it is imported.
I HATE gahwa.. its like cardomom water with a dash of coffee flavoring in it..
How I drink what I call arabic coffee, is brew up a huge pot of American strong coffee with some cardomom in it.. Now that packs a punch.. hahahaha.. I am not into the light stuff..
I am with Mintee on this one, just make regular coffee then add hail, but try to look for Brazilian beans; they are the best of all in my opinion.
It is not “Saudi coffee”; it is ARABIAN coffee. Yes, many people add saffron for coloring, but it is not essential. It’s common to add cloves, however. Basically, some people prefer it with cardamom, others with cloves, and still others (like me) like to have both.
Anyway, here’s what you need to do (even though he/she gets the name wrong):

Arabian coffee is actually quite strong. I find it stronger than American coffee, and I like it because it doesn’t cause as much heart-burn/acid reflux as American coffee. But be careful, as it is high in bad cholesterol and should not be consumed on a daily basis.
Shimering is correct! But I actually purchase mine from a fine coffee house in London which makes it for me. My personal fav is Lebanese coffee..when I make it in the mornings, the smell in my appartment is divine, not to mention the taste.
Enjoy!
