The most common way that most of us consume caffeine as coffee. And some of us drink many cups of coffee per day.

If you’re one of those people who drink lots of coffee a day, you’re probably wondering what all that coffee can do for you. The coffee is really bad for you, or drink coffee just a harmless vice? Is it possible that coffee is really good for us?

The research on coffee shows mixed results. Some studies show that coffee consumption increases the rate of heart attacks, while other studies have shown that drinking large quantities of coffee reduces the risk of diabetes.
